Gigeresque - Create: Northstar compatibility

This Datapack adds some compatibility between Gigeresque and Create: Northstar.

List of changes:

-Aliens are now not affected by lack of air and high/low temperatures

-Structures generate on Northstar planets such as: Mercury, Venus, Mars

-Removed regular structures from spawning in the overworld. Only lush and sculk variations remain but should be a bit more rare.

I am open to all feedback and suggestions as this is my first ever datapack and I plan to create more in the future.
