Tweaked Modern Guns Starter Kit

• When GBZ is played with MG, the player spawns with an M1911 instead of a Luger P08.

Fixed Starter Weapons not being given without GBG bug

• If the player wasn't playing with GBG, even the MG or PG starter guns wouldn't be given properly.

Fixed GBG Scorched Zombie missing custom loot bug

• The Scorched Zombie wouldn't properly get its GBG loot table when GBZ was played with GBG.
