Since this version has grown too big, i'll be released as 23.0a instead of 22.1a. The changes from the previous PRE versions are still included here, this was published in the Alpha Channel simply because i cannot assure the stability nor how close this is to the release.

New

• Added recipe for Piglin Brute Spawn Egg.
• Thorns enchantment reworked:
  • When a non-Netherite Armor piece with Thorns reaches 6 or less durability, the Thorns removes itself to restore that piece:
    • Thorns I: sets the durability to 31% of the maximum.
    • Thorns II: sets the durability to 62% of the maximum.
    • Thorns III: sets the durability to 93% of the maximum.
  • When a player wearing no Netherite Armor pieces takes damage from a mob attack, for each level of Thorns, there is 8% chance of a small amount of damage being store, limited to ~30 points of damage. Then, if the total stored damage is at maximum capacity, the player will gain Mining Fatigue.
  • When a player wearing no Netherite Armor pieces attacks a mob while holding no items in the main hand, the stored damage is applied to all mobs in a 3x3 cube aroud the attacked mob, except that player itself, and the store damage is reseted.
  • If the amount of damage is high enough, it will cause a wind burst explosion at the attacked mob position, and will exaust the attacking player.

Changes

• Tweaks to the Phantom-related functions and to the conduit teleportation function.
• Teleporting using the conduit now removes the conduit power effect.
• Fireball and Teleport Kelp.should now work again (the advancement was looking for the wrong item, instead of a poisonous potato).
• Ressonantia Nautilum rarity now matches the Nautilus Shell.
• Removed the recipe Constricus recipe for Resin Block.
• The following mobs can no loger be pushed into boats:
  • Piglin Brute
  • Vindicator
  • Enderman
  • Wither Skeleton
  • Blaze (i dont know if this worked before, to be honest)
• Refactored many loot_tables into the "Journey" namespace. The game will work mostly the same, except for some changes:
  • Armor enchantments now have a low chance of being dropped from the a hostile mob with matching theme. The level is randomized, with lower levels being more common.
    • Feather Falling: Breeze and Shulker.
    • Fire Protection: Blaze and Ghast.
    • Protection: Endermand, Piglin Brute and Vindicator.
    • Projectile Protection: Archer Skeletons and Pillagers.
    • Blast Protection: Creepers.
    • Thorns: Other mobs, incluind Zombies and Spiders.
  • Utility Enchantments, such as Frost Walk, Respiration, Aqua Affinity and others can now be obtained more easily, usually from thematically similar mobs, but the level will be usually 1.
  • Critical drops:
    • Creeper: ~8 Splash Potion of Water that stack up to 16.
    • Overworld Zombies: amount of Golden Carrots is now random between 24-32 instead of fixed 32.
  • Spiders killed with bane of arthropods now can drop a special spider eye.
  • The Creeper journey is now the following:
    • No Power nor Punch.
    • Punch I.
    • Knockback I.
    • Punch II.
    • Knockback II.
    • Stackable Splash Potion of Water.
• The biggest change is in the internal organization. The "journey" namespace is much easy to read, change and mantain.
• The "loot_" loot tables related to the following were not touched, and are still in the "minecraft" namespace:
  • Wind charges from mace smash.
  • Locational drops.
  • High-chainmail armor.
  • Maps.
  • Fireworks.
