General Tweaks

Removed traditional recipes for:
- Powered Rails
- Tnt
Fictus are no longer repairable.
Increased the amount of Emealds obtained from mining a Emerald Ore.
Deepslate Emerald Ore now drops 2x the amount of Emeralds compared to the stone Emerald Ore.
Slightly increased the drop chances of Viactor Noctis.

Endermans now have a small chance of dropping 1 Structure Block when killed by a Player in The End.
End City treasures now can include up to 3 Structure Blocks.
Igloo chests now can include 1 Structure Blocks.
2 Structure Blocks can now be used to craft 1 quick portal:
- Is inactive at first. Interacting with it using a Enchanted Book consumes the book and has a 25% chance of activating it.
- Once active, Interacting with it using a Enchanted Book consumes the book and alternate its type.
- Interacting with it using a empty hand deactivate it and drop its item form. This version remains activated.
- A player that enters its area is teleported to the nearest active quick portal with same type, within a 50 blocks radius.
- The player must remain outside a quick portal for at least 1 second before being able to teleport using it again.
- Being teleported by a quick portal causes hunger, slowness and mining fatigue, unless there is a Glazed Terracota under the portal.
- Quick portals can only teleport the player, and cannot teleport the player's vehicle, nor entities leashed to the player, so be careful when entering this portal while holding a balloon.
