FZero Drops

With this, now the minecraft namespace should now only contain loot tables that cannot be altered in any other way. Also, many of the drops should now be WAAY more organized and easy to read or mantain.

• Oceanic drop fixed.
• Changes to map drops:
  • Moved to journey/map folder.
  • Names have now a color and a better way os distinguish between different destinations.
• Apidae mob drops moved from the minecraft namespace, mainly to the journey namespace, and the bee loot table.
• Wither additional loot now drops. (This was supposed to be added a long time ago, but from what i've seen, it was... not linked...??? So... now it is. Should work now. F🚌k.)
• Removed special drops from apidae creeper. — Since the bees summoned by those mobs already drop a lot of honey-related items, a special drop to this specific variant is deemd uncessary.
