Origins: Frostweaver

Fixed a bug that caused Spellweaver's Craft to not function in some versions of the game.

• There is a system of tags in the Origin to prevent area-based spells from damaging unintended targets. One of these unintended targets is boats. The tag for boats is "c:boats" I had entered the tag as "minecraft:boats" as that is they way every other tag is. This small mistake, in the best case, caused boats to be effected by area-based spells; In the worst case, it caused Spellweaver's Craft to not be loaded at all.
• This is the same bug I was trying to track down last update, glad I was able to find it.

The Spellweaver's Craft ability wasn't actually set to a keybind. In most cases, the Origins mod assumed that the key should be the primary key; I think in certain versions of Origins though, this assumption wasn't being made, leading to the ability not working.

Edit: This did not resolve the issue, ignore this update, it is practically identical to v1.3.

I definitely didn't miss one of the references to Frostmancer, and I'm definitely not mad about it.

Fixed a small, insignificant issue.

• During development, I changed the name from Frostmancer to Frostweaver. I forgot to change some of the modifier descriptions to reflect this change. This has now been fixed.

Touch-ups and bug fixes.

• Polished up the spells by adding sounds and more particles.
• Fixed a mistake that prevented Icy Lance from being present in the Origin.
