Fixed toggle settings not being saved

• Removed setting commands
• Added a command to open the config screen without modmenu

What's new:

• Improved config menu with mod menu installed (Time based settings now have sliders instead of cycling-buttons with 3~4 options)
• Improved config file's size, reducing it by a lot (idek what I was thinking when I made it back then)

This change means all configs from before this update are going to be lost. Sorry about that
