Freecam StationAPI

Updated dependencies and fixed a NullPointerException crash related to the client player being null

Fixed crash when leaving server while in freecam

• Updated to StationAPI 2.0.0-alpha.4
• Added collisions to the freecam
• Added velocity based camera movement
• Added option to render camera model at the freecam position (model currently broken)
• The player will now be hidden when the freecam is in their bounds (Toggle option will be added later)

Added clientside only tag for modmenu
