FPS to the Trash

A small rewrite. Now supports Minecraft 1.15 and later! (Might be a tad bit slower as a result.)

This is a release to support Minecraft version 1.21.2 or later.

• Added the ability to change the display update rate, from 10 to the screen refresh rate. Requires Mod Menu + Cloth Config to be installed.
• Java 17 environments should work now. Any version before 1.20.6 can be played with the default runtime.

Reuploaded to fix incompatibility with Sodium.

pollEvents() is now called on each rendered frame (instead of each display update), reducing input latency. Reuploaded to fix an incompatibility with Sodium.
