- Removed Friends & Foes in anticipation of the next Vanilla Backports release

- Added Steam'n'Rails unofficial fork until 26.1
- Added Photon Shader to regular packs
- Added WEM and DMS to the tools for exporting masks from ReplayMod
- Removed CIT Resewn as we were not utilizing it
- Removed Backported Mobs resource pack as Vanilla Backports does the same
- Added Picture Mode to the tools as enabled by default
- Added Create: Blueprinted to the tools as enabled by default
- Removed Item obliterator as it breaks Trading Post
- Added Audio Player SVC extension
- Marked incompatibility with Create:Aeronautics with "aerocrash"
- Removed Detailed Animations since it's breaking animations
- Added Fresh Moves as it includes Glider animations correctly
- Added Opt-in Bobby for full-detailed distant chunks
- Added EMI Professions and EMI Enchanting
