- improved algorithm for determining if you're above ground (no more darkening under trees!)

- fixed critical bug where config didn't load (whoops!)
- fixed bug where the cave sky appeared underwater
- fixed bug where cave sky didn't exactly match cave sky color
- replaced "fog density" with an easier to understand "fog end"
