Flying Frisbees

New frisbees have been added:

• Blue Fox Frisbee, made by using Sweet/Glow Berries as the 'dye.' Any fox_food will do.
• Loyal Frisbees will return, not unlike a Loyalty Trident. Crafted by combining a Frisbee and a Heart of The Sea. Cannot be re-dyed. Cannot be dispensed.
• Capture Frisbees catch entities much more easily. Crafted by combining a Frisbee and a Gold Ingot. Cannot be re-dyed.
• Lasso Frisbees have both the Loyal and Capture frisbees' features. Crafted with Loyal Frisbee+Gold Ingot or Capture Frisbee+Heart of the Sea. Cannot be re-dyed. Cannot be dispensed.
• Bomb Frisbees explode, dealing damage to nearby entities, generally destroying themselves 60% of the time. Crafted by combining a Frisbee and TNT. Cannot be re-dyed.

Showcase tweaks have been mostly removed:

• players and all mob entities can ride frisbees; no longer limited
• dispensed frisbees can be caught and picked up; no longer limited
• only players can catch frisbees still (mobs may be allowed to catch frisbees in a later update?)
• rather than checking if the target is riding something, frisbees instead cannot capture if they already have passengers

• fix on frisbees missing a texture on /summon
• fix on getDefaultItemStack sharing instances
• no more picking up dispensed frisbees !! no more !! (for showcase purposes only)

in this version, frisbees now cannot have entities ride it if said entity is already riding something
