Floral Tonics And Tinctures

Small fix and change to clover. I'm aware of an issue where flowers from this mod won't appear via bonemealing an area, but I'm not having luck with a fix. 

• (Hopefully) fixed a bug causing players to be kicked from worlds due to invalid player data upon first joining (again).
• Restricted clover patches to birch, taiga, and meadow biomes.
• Made Four Leaf Clover drops significantly more rare.
