Border Reduction + Better Aesthetics

• Optimized the asynchronous block placements into chunks
• Border reduction is now possible!
  • I recommend using versions before 26 for accurate timing.
• Rewrote the grace period logic
• Added Fireworks + Sound Effects
• Replaced event messages with titles
• Smoother bossbars
• Time will always be set to day
• Squashed tick event related bugs 🐛

There were issues with the border and the grace period. They should work now. I tested on Spigot 1.21.11 & 26.1.2. If issues arise, please let me know!
