Fixed a issue where the posion effect from the posion apple was applied to every consumable

added echo armor, some textures of it uses temperary mcreator textures but they will be changed.

added golden frying pan, flask, jar, glowing obsidian, throwable dynamite and a throwable bomb, and other things i might be forgetting, also requires farmer's delight now, there's more things like a new stone and a vent duct block, i'll eventually update the gallery to show the crafting recipies

added gabbroite !!
