Fix command casing

This mod will force your command to be sent in lower-case.
If you type //Stack it will display and send //stack instead.
Arguments of the command are not affected. /ME HELLO will turn into /me HELLO.

Warning: There is no toggle for this feature. If you are on a server which actually has upper-cased commands. May a higher entity help you.

Why?

Ever since Mojang introduced the updated command framework, I was no longer able to properly use commands. This mod fixes my bad typing habits.

Support

This mod will rarely see updates. As I only add support for versions which I actually use. That means one of each primary version normally.
