Added a new user interface accessible by Shift + Right-Clicking a plaque that already contains a fish.
Scale Slider: Allows players to resize the displayed fish from 0.1x to 2.5x.
Rotation Controls: Added buttons to rotate the fish model (Up, Down, Center) to better fit different fish shapes.
Live Preview: The GUI includes a real-time 3D preview of how the fish will look on the plaque.
Bug Fixes
Crash Fixes: Added null checks to the networking packet handler to prevent crashes if a chunk is not fully loaded when an update is received.
