First Steps 1.60
release1 мая 2026 г.🛠️ Update Notes – Bug Fixes & Version Splitting
✅ Fixed
- Fixed an issue where the Minecraft API was not adapted for version 1.21.11.
⚠️ Known Issues
- The GUI still contains many bugs – we are actively working on fixes!
- Critical Problem (1.21.11): The GUI cannot be opened due to a compatibility issue with Mod Menu in this version.
🔀 Version Split Plan
To address the Mod Menu problem, the mod will be split into two separate releases:
| Branch | Supported Versions | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Branch A | 1.21.6 – 1.21.10 | High – Will be updated first (focused on 1.21.6-26.2) |
| Branch B | 1.21.11 | Normal – Pending Mod Menu fix |
We appreciate your patience while we iron out these bugs and version mismatches. Stay tuned for further updates!

release25 апреля 2026 г.🛡️ Stricter Structure Detection & Anti-Cheat Improvements
The detection logic has been further tightened to provide a fairer experience, especially in multiplayer.
👁️ True Line-of-Sight Check
- Titles now only appear when the structure is actually visible to your character.
- No more titles popping awkwardly through walls or underground barriers.
- The visibility check runs server-side, offering an extra layer of anti‑cheat for multiplayer servers.
⛏️ Underground Depth Rule
- A new rule lets you define a minimum Y‑level under which a structure is treated as underground.
- Important: The mod uses keywords to classify a structure as underground — make sure your config aligns with your needs.
🚫 Tiny Structures Disabled
- Extremely small structures are now completely blocked from triggering titles at code level.
Examples: Buried Treasure, Nether Portals, etc.
This eliminates false positives and unwanted clutter.
These changes build on the earlier line‑of‑sight update and greatly improve server safety without compromising the mod’s core functionality.

beta24 апреля 2026 г.🔧 Patch Update: Stricter Structure Detection & New Version Support
Now you must actually see the structure for the title to appear!
-
Line-of-sight detection overhaul
The detection is now much stricter: the title will only display when the structure is directly visible to you. No more titles popping up through walls or underground – this also addresses the previous server-side cheating concern. -
Minecraft 26.2.X support
The mod is now fully compatible with the latest 26.2 game versions.
Stay safe on servers and enjoy the improved accuracy!
First Step 1.00
release24 апреля 2026 г.📢 Major Update: New GUI Config, Detection Rework & More!
🎛️ GUI Configuration
- Brand new GUI config interface! Open it directly from the Mod Menu.
- Separate title & subtitle styling – customize the look of the main title and subtitle independently.
- Independent sound settings – configure sound effects exactly as you like.
- Text shadow toggle – choose whether titles display a shadow.
- Per-structure custom styles – assign unique visual styles to any structure right inside the GUI.
- Structure management – fuzzy search for structures, add your own custom structures, and delete existing ones with ease.
🔍 Detection Overhaul & Performance
- New detection mode: Fixed Save
The mod now records every structure you enter into a local save file. This record persists even after you quit and relaunch the game – no more repeated title triggers for the same structure! - Configurable detection range – set how close you need to be for a structure to be detected.
- Significantly improved performance – structure detection is now much more efficient.
🛠️ Fixes & Compatibility
- Vanilla title/subtitle compatibility – works better alongside other mods and the vanilla title system.
- Bug fixes – a number of annoying bugs have been squashed.
⚠️ Known Critical Issue
- Underground detection through walls – on servers, the title may appear even when you are separated from an underground structure by just a single wall. This could be regarded as cheating (similar to X‑ray) by server anti‑cheat measures. Exercise caution when using the mod on multiplayer servers.
