• Changed the "Weak Arms" operation from "multiply_base" to "multiply_total" to fix bug with instant-break blocks being unbreakable.
• Changed the "Weak Arms" value from -0.9 to -0.6
• Changed the "Nocturnal" description to "You can slightly see in the dark, but less so under water."
• Changed the "Nocturnal" functionality to set night vision strength to 0.2 when under water or in rain rather than completely going away.
