Maintenance Release

• Removed FA+ Objects from overrides and added it as a dependency for Modrinth compatibility.

The first version of Featureously Optimized establishes the foundation of the pack. It combines smooth performance with useful features and a polished visual style, offering a complete experience from the very beginning. Unlike minimal optimization packs that only focus on FPS, this release sets the stage for a well-rounded modpack that balances speed, functionality, and customization.

Performance & Optimization

This release focuses heavily on ensuring that the game runs smoothly, even on low-tier systems like mine which has a 940MX the modpack got 300 FPS and 200 FPS with shaders. Optimization mods are bundled in to improve FPS, reduce lag spikes, and allow chunks to load faster and more consistently.

• FPS improvements and smoother chunk loading.

• Reduced stuttering and lag spikes.

• Optimized memory usage with the mod FerriteCore.

Features & Utilities

Beyond performance, v1.0.0 introduces a selection of features that expand flexibility, creativity, and utility. These tools make the game more versatile both for players and content creators.

• Freelook & Freecam: New perspectives for building, exploring, and recording.

• Flashback: Replay and cinematic recording tools.

• In-game multitasking: Calculator, browser, and notepad built into the game.

• Future updates will expand this set with tools like an in-game clock and stopwatch.

Visuals & Style

• Presentation is a big part of this release. The goal is to refresh the look and feel of Minecraft while giving players choice over how they want to experience it.

• Dark loading screen for a modernized launch experience.

• Nine shader packs included: Aurora Shaders, BSLClassic, BSL, Complememtary Reimagined, Mellow Shader, Pegasus, Shrimple, Solas Shader and, Visual Vibrance.

Featureously Optimized has been designed for wide launcher compatibility, making it easy to install and run regardless of the player’s setup.

• Compatible with Modrinth App, Prism Launcher, MultiMC and Forks.

• Compatible with other known launchers like X Minecraft Launcher, GDLauncher, Minecraft Launcher and, more.

• Basically Compatible with any Launcher that can import .mrpack(s).

• Cracked Launchers like SKLauncher and TLauncher will also work but are not recommended whatsover and might break some things.
