Farmer Golem

This update is mostly due to player requests.

Changelog:

• fix: Golems now avoid TPing into walls/caves or on top of high structures like trees
• feat: Golems pathfind closer to crops
• feat: Golems are now persistent between chunk (un)loading and server restarts

note: Golems still aggro hostile mobs, might add config file sooner or later if enough support is requested.
