FallGates - Ground Portals

This update adds configurable settings to the config.yml file to allow server administrators to modify the general behavior of the falls. This new update allows admins to configure:

• The time to wait before closing an open fall.
• The height of the fall (i.e., the number of blocks to allow the player to fall before teleporting him to the connected fall).
• The vertical and horizontal push forces applied to the players when they leave the target fall.

This update fixes an exception in the console when different falls were placed in different worlds. This would cause falls to not open not allowing the players to travel through them.
