Added a smoke grenade (right click a conduit to launch). Smoke grenade can bounce off walls (currently somewhat buggy). Added a molotov (right click a fire charge to launch). Molotov can bounce off walls (currently somewhat buggy). Reworked dash ability, and added updraft ability. Use soul campfire to dash, and normal campfire to updraft (currently somewhat buggy).
