Admin controls update — server-wide Force Kick Mode to override Reminder Mode, configurable prayer break duration, and cleaned up kick logic.

Changes

• 🔧 Force Kick Mode — New force-kick-mode config option that overrides Reminder Mode → Kick for all opted-in players. Opt-Out (/non-muslim) players are always respected.
• 🔧 Configurable Break Duration — New break-duration config option (in minutes) to set how long kicked players must wait before rejoining. Minimum: 12 minutes, no upper limit.
• 🔧 Smart Force Kick Warning — Players who select Reminder Mode while Force Kick is active receive a clear warning that they will still be kicked.
• 🔧 Dynamic Kick Messages — All kick screen messages and rejoin timers now reflect the configured break duration instead of a hardcoded 12 minutes.
• ⚡ Startup Logging — Enable message now shows Force Kick status and Break Duration alongside Debug Mode.
• ⚡ Code Cleanup — Removed redundant/duplicated kick logic in the non-Middle-Eastern player path for better reliability.
