fixes an issue with chat disappearing when focused (fixes #12)

• update to 1.21.11
• update dependencies
• change chat fade out timer to a text input instead of a slider

update dependency on midnightlib to support 1.21.9

Removes the fade in from the resourcepack reloading screen (adds #10)
