Facelift Reborn

Fixed some bugs and added the ability to disable highlighting summons.

Removed the forced search bar that appeared in every single GUI; it is now a setting.

Fixed issues with the custom HUD, and re-added cooldown counting.

Fixed issue where keybinds were categorized as misc.

Mod will be maintained here now as I don't have access to the original page.
