Finnick4 Seats

This is a small datapack for a Minecraft server. Use with the resource pack, as otherwise you will only see knowledge book. My knowlegde says, that you want to see models for the chairs. So use the resource pack going under the same name!

Crafting a seat

Crafting a seat is straight forward: How you would craft a helmet, however instead of (e.g. Iron) you use any kind of plank.

Changing the seat type

If you want to change the type of seat, you can:

-> Attack just above the seat model (the hitbox) to change the wood type (e.g. from oak to birch)

-> Shift-Attack to change the type (e.g. from stool to bench)

Breaking a seat

To destroy a seat, you have to attack the hitbox with an axe.

Uninstalling

There is no function to prepare for uninstalling. If you really want to, you...

-> will have to remove all the scoreboards (see load.mcfunction) yourself

-> need to convince everyone on the server to destroy the seat items

-> go around the world and delete every seat yourself (quick tip: kill every entity with the tag seat and seat.item.)
