F-Tech: Robots | CC Compat

This is a mod to bridge:

• F-Tech: Robots
• CC: Tweaked

It adds a new type of build instruction item and CC peripheral, the item can be inserted into the peripheral.

A computer using the peripheral can then add build instructions to the item (or clear them).
