This mod and plugin serve the purpose of fixing the eyes of ender which have been bugged since 1.9
All game modifying spigot version code.
As soon as the eye of ender entity is spawned the plugin changes the location it thinks the stronghold is by shifting it 4 blocks on both axes

This code shifts the position it thinks the stronghold is by 4 blocks on both axes right before it is assigned to the eye of ender.

This images shows that from versions 1.19 - latest it will get into the stronghold but 1.9-1.18.2 will miss in most cases. The 1.9 betas point directly to the stairs.
