Fixed #26 which was causing Ender Generators to forget their inventory on world/server reload.

Any loaded Generators that had their items deleted cannot be recovered, but any Generators that were not loaded will have their inventories recovered. (TL;DR: If you noticed the issue then I'm sorry they're gone and you can /give them to yourself guilt-free.)

Fixed a version field preventing v2.1.0 from launching.

MAJOR KNOWN ISSUE: Ender Generators will forget their inventories on world/server load. Fixed in v2.1.1.

• Rebalanced most recipes. Generally more expensive.
• Made all items immune to fire, like netherite.
