Elytra Rebalance v2

- Removed Unbreaking 3/Mending change; use Enchantments Rebalanced instead
From previous patch
- Elytra now has 300 maximum durability (this is to round out the math)
- 5 minutes of flight with no Unbreaking
- 5 additional minutes of flight time per level of Unbreaking
- ~20 minutes with Unbreaking 3

You MUST run /function xpg:regeneration_patch/utility/setup for this to work. This requires permission level 2.
You can toggle any change in this data pack with the command /function xpg:regeneration_patch/utility/config. Again, this requires permission level 2.
In singleplayer, you can either allow commands from world creation, or temporarily by opening the world to LAN.
Created in 24w21b, but should still work in 1.21.

- Removed Saturation Healing
- Within 6 blocks of a Campfire or Soul Campfire, gain Regeneration 1 or 2 (respectively).
- Starving on all difficulties (besides peaceful) is ported from Survival Rebalanced

- Mending and Unbreaking 3 are mutually exclusive
- I understand that this may anger you, and significantly affects gameplay outside of Elytra. However, alongside the Elytra change, it fits really well. I'll think about and work on making it work with other items that support both.
