Entity Observer
This project adds two new blocks. The Entity observer and the Player observer. The Entity observer gives a redstone signal if a entity is in front of it. The Player observer is the same, but for players.

Steve is a player and an entity. Therefore both the Entity observer and the Player observer gives a signal.
