Enhanced Creative/Spectator Mode

This Mod makes your Life in Creativemode and Spectatormode waaaaaaaaaay easier. Everytime your in Creative or Spectator you get an Item and a Command to toggle 'Godmode', u get Speed, Invisibility and Night Vison. The Item/Command isnt useable in Survival (As far as I can test). Feel free to leave any suggestions for me.
