• Fixed broken tag on the steel knife rendering it useless. (thanks ScarletFury!)
• Added missing tags to the steel knife, it should now, besides working, also be fully enchantable.
• Fixed old forge tags on cabinet sawing, they now produce sawdust when sawed in an immersive engineering sawmill.
• Added recipes for wood in line with log recipes so stripping these with a sawmill also produces bark.
