✨ Major Improvements: Rebranded the mod to Elytra Tuning, added configurable firework behavior and speed calculation modes, and introduced Fabric and NeoForge support.

Details:

Elytra Tuning: Renamed the mod, ID, package, metadata, and configuration file.
Flight Configuration: Added horizontal or absolute speed limiting alongside configurable firework strength and duration.
Optional Tuning: Speed limiting and firework tuning can be disabled independently by setting them to null.
Multiloader Support: Migrated to a shared architecture supporting Fabric and NeoForge.
Reliability: Added strict configuration validation and improved velocity synchronization.
Documentation: Updated the configuration guide and added new showcases.
