Changed wingtip sampling to be camera-space instead of world-space. This should help a lot with the floating point imprecision happening when far from the world origin
This is very experimental, but if there are no issues then this is how I will be rendering and sampling trails going forward. This will probably be the last major update for Elytra Contrails for 1.21.11, as new feature development switches over to 26.1+

Many features are missing because of the way rendering has changed. One of which is that trails can not show when in first person or when an entity isn't being rendered.
