• Added the "Hijacker" allows the wearer to steal one item from their opponent's ender chest after they win a fight with it in their offhand

• nerfed the stasis to one per player (until it's unbound)

• Added the "ForEgoOnly" gamerule, which disable any item for anyone who's not me (only used in smps with me in it)
• tweaked the stasis so people can trap it by using the right block on top of it. Dropping the stasis owner in the void on teleport.
• nerfed the EMP to disable all and every other EMPs in a 50 block radius when used, and now has a cd of 2min
