Dye for the people!
This mod adds 5 new block types which can each be dyed in 16 million colours by merging minecraft dyes, like you would with leather armour

Crafting white leather block
Leather and white dye are used to craft the basic dyeable white leather block, which can be further crafted to dyeable leather carpet.
Crafting coloured leather blocks
New blocks can be crafted with any combination of minecraft dyes to make custom coloured blocks. Placed blocks can be further dyed by right clicking with additional dyes.
Crafting rough quartz glass
With 4 quartz and 5 glass, you can craft 4 quartz glass. This can then be smelted in a blast furnace to make glazed quartz glass, which can be crafted into glazed quartz glass panes. All of these can be dyed into the full range of colours.
