Drop the Rock - No tree punching Compat and Customization

This Mod allows compatibility to No Tree Punching! In version 1.12 of No Tree Punching when you broke granite or any rock you got loose rocks instead of cobblestone or rock, this feature was dropped in 1.16 and this Mod adds it back in newest version.
