Drop Me a Vine

Need more vines in your Minecraft game? Just drop me a line!

Drop Me a Vine is a small Minecraft mod that makes the following changes:

• Vines now drop when broken with a Silk Touch enchanted tool.
• Vines now drop when broken with any vanilla axe.
• When you break a vine block that has other vines hanging beneath it, all the vines hanging beneath will also drop vine items.

The first two bullet items are achieved by a Forge global loot modifier. You can make a data pack to adjust this. For example, you could remove the part that lets axes obtain vine drops. You could also add more axes or other tools to the forge:tools/axe tag.
