Dragon Survival Compatibility

fix issue with latest irons spellbooks version

• fix issue with latest cold sweat version
• adjusted better combat compatibility (similar to 1.21.1 now, may work better if there were issues)
• added some iron's spells 'n spellbooks compatibility (hiding the dragon model during spell animations in first person, similar to how it's done with better combat)

hide the armor when attacking as dragon in 3rd person with better combat installed

Fix compatibility with latest version of Dragon Survival / Cold Sweat

(For Cold Sweat to work properly you'll have to delete the server config since new default values are used)

• fix cold sweat attribute application
• fix interaction between apothic attributes and dragon breath damage
