DragN's Livestock Overhaul: Permafrost

-Fixed a crash to do with Mammoths

-Fixed an issue where Breed and Marking Oscillators could be used on Permafrost animals

-Updated Dynamic Resources code

-Fixed an issue where Quaggas & Qorses would buck with any harness on instead of just the Rodeo type

-Qorses can now wear Carpets and Armor (must be Light for non-slowness)

-Quaggas can now wear Carpets

Updated/ Overhauled Animals:

Quaggas (+Qorses)

-Lowered all spawn rates for non-TFC packs

-Fixed:

Two Quaggas being able to make a Qorse

An animation error with Arouchs

An attribute error with Mammoths and Aurochs
