New Configs:

• combat_cooldown: Server Config which controls how many seconds the player is put into combat, not letting the player open up the Core gui.
• quasar_core_consume_amount: Server Config which controls the denominator for the Max Health fraction the Quasar Core will consume.
• use_horizontal_only_on_sprint: Common Config for if the player needs to sprint first to use the Horizontal Abilities.

Changes:

• Rewritten Data Handling. More smoothness in controlling over the movement.
• Abilities reset fall distance.
