Updated to 1.21!

Based on Fabulously Optimized 6.0.0-beta5 for 1.21

This is not done yet in its current state, and there are some mods still missing.

• Add falling leaves See other 2.7.x releases for full changelog compared to 2.6

• Remove fabric-loader-dependencies.json
• Enforce main menu credits again (whoops)
• wow i should really inspect these more before making a new release

1.20.6 now in beta, 1.20.4 stable release coming soon.

I'll be honest I pretty much abandoned this due to lack of motivation so theres no changelog this time
