NEW MC 1.21.8 support.
NEW Custom sound support and adjustable sound volume and pitch configuration.
- E.g.: "block.note_block.pling", "block.note_block.pling;0.6;1", "plugin:some_sound"
NEW Staff++ support as vanish provider.
- It acts just like EssentialsX vanish provider. Players won't be able to mention vanished players.
- You can choose the vanish provider in config file if you have both EssentialsX and Staff++. Default is on Staff++ side.
CHANGE Transferred menu translations to gui.yml file.
- gui.yml is English by default. You can view other supported GUI files at https://github.com/desaxxx/DMentions/tree/main/gui-files.
- You won't lose your menu translations on language files. It will backup the old file to backup folder.

NEW Added vanish respect option to prevent mentioning players who are vanished via Essentials.
NEW Added AFK respect option to prevent mentioning players who are marked as AFK via Essentials.
NEW Added ignore respect option to prevent mentioning players who have ignored the sender via Essentials.
FIX Resolved an issue where mentions appeared empty when targeting a player with mention mode disabled.
FIX Resolved mention delay issue when mentioning multiple players at once for better performance.
