A bit of small changes :D

• Added swap-title-and-subtitle option to settings(default: false).
• Updated configlib and CommandAPI
• Made DiverseFX a Paper Plugin
• Now supports 1.20.6-1.21.10

kVisuals | MultiVersion update (Aka 1.2)

Added support for versions from 1.18.2 to 1.20.6, but only 1.19.4-1.20.6 are tested, because when I tried to run 1.18.2 the background was overlapping the text. So if you use 1.18.2, use it at your own risk!

Added support for spaces on text, but instead of spaces you should put "+"(aka. plus sign) and the plugin will replace it with a space!
