Important: To from Dimension Access Manager locked dimensions, cannot be ported.

Commands
/tpd <targets> <location>
Targets: Entity target, i.e. @a, @e, @p, ..., player name, uuid
Location: Coordinates of the destination, i.e. ~ ~ ~, 10 100 10, .../tpd <targets> <location> <dimension>
Targets: Entity target, i.e. @a, @e, @p, ..., player name, uuid

Dimension: Name of the destination Dimension, i.e. minecraft:overworld/tpd <targets> <destination>
