Some player UUID lookups started failing on 2024-01-15 due to broader issues with the Mojang API endpoint impacting things like whitelists, etc. Switched over to a newer, more stable API endpoint.

If upgrading from earlier versions, copy your local config settings elsewhere and delete the DelphiVote folder in your /plugins directory.
