happy 2026, i made the mod 1.21.1 compatible (probably works on other 1.21.* versions)

other stuff:

• optimised stuff

(recompile with java 11 so 1.16 wont complain) redid some things to make the plugin more compatible

• fixed usernames getting escaped when being set as the webhook name
