daggerlance drops now require the player killing a wither skeleton by using a netherite sword , axe or a daggerlance

a new gamerule that controlls whether or not the drop should depend on the weapon used

a new tag has been added : data/daggerlance/tags/items/drops_daggerlance that controlls what weapons can be used to drop a daggerlance
-
the texture of the jade skin has slightly changed both in gui and in hand
